I’m an experience designer currently based in Malaysia, previously an IT auditor and consultant.

And I couldn’t have asked for a better prologue to the life I’m living today.

From navigating multiple stakeholders to learning in motion, it was natural to feel overwhelmed by the many perspectives, conflicts, ambiguities, and rapid changes that came with that world.

While not always the most pleasant of experiences, my transition into design became a realisation that the best inspiration often comes from the most unexpected places.

Through varied perspectives, I found coherence. Through conflict, balance. Through confusion, purpose. Through constant change, adaptability.

These values continue to shape how I design, work, think, and live — guiding me beyond what is merely expected of us as experience designers, and toward work that feels considered, human, and meaningful.
